To list your property according to the rules and regulations of RERA the following 3 documents are required before we can list, market, rent or sell your property. Soft copies are sufficient.
- Title deed
- Passport
- Form A
The Title deed is required to prove ownership. Depending on the completion status of your property, there might not be a title deed issued yet. In such a case Oqood will suffice, if you just freshly bought your property even the SPA will do.
The passport is required to authenticate you as the owner. The provided passport copy has to show the same name as in the title deed, expiry date, the country code and passport number. All other parts can be blacked out to protect your privacy.
Form A documents our mandate to list, market, rent or sell your property on your behalf. Once we receive title deed and passport copy we'll prefill Form A for you and send it to you for signing.
