According to the German Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the United Arab Emirates and thus Dubai are safe with regard to SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
Travel from Dubai to Germany is therefore possible without any significant restrictions. Travel to Dubai has been possible since July 7th.
